So young guns of India started the movement of Net Neutrality ...
Where data charges should be same for any site, image, video , shopping portal visited.
Some of the major players tried to merge with leading data providers to allow good spped to their selected websites and cut down the speed at the competitors website .
So you wont be able to visit any other websites than the contracted websites with data vendors in India.
So you dont have individual choice to visit any portal you want. you may not get that speed to browse those websites and eventually you will fed up of browsing and switch the sites which are loading faster.
