5 water rich diets to hydrate your body


Our body consist of large number of water. Low bar in the water availability in body may lead to serious health issues. Maintaining adequate water balance in your body can provide you very positive symptoms on your skin, hair, and health wise. 
Sometimes it gets though to drink required water through out the day. at this point you can try some water rich veggies to fulfill the quota of your every day water intake. 

1. Iceberg Lettuce: Its rich  in water and also with less calories to work as a makeshift meal or your regular diet program. It contains almost 96% of water. 




2. Cucumber : Its also low in calorie and has above 90% water in it.  It can be a part of your regular meal or into your salad . Its good source of water to keep your body hydrated every time. 

3. Strawberries : Who doesn't love sweet ? and that too tempting like strawberries? hardly anyone.
But do you know that it has around 92 % of water in it. Next time make sure you replace your heavy dose of desserts with the strawberry bites. 


4. Tomato : It carries good amount of water in it. also its rich with vitamins. but you cant have regular, but you can include it in your salads or indian preparations. 


5. Watermelon :  2 cups of watermelon at breakfast would be ideal to kick start your day .
